Fukuro Gongxi Raya Campaign Terms & Conditions

Campaign Period

  • 16 January 2026 to 15 April 2026

 

Organiser

  • This campaign is organised by Fukuro Malaysia (“Organiser”).

 

Campaign Name

  • Fukuro Gongxi Raya Campaign” (“Campaign”).

 

Eligibility

  • Open to customers aged 18 years old and above with a valid Malaysian mobile number and active WhatsApp.

 

Campaign Mechanic:

  • Spend a minimum of RM138 on Fukuro products in one (1) single receipt, and
  • Submit the required details via the Google Form provided by the Organiser.

 

Campaign Period

  • The Campaign runs from 16 January 2026 to 15 April 2026, inclusive. Submissions outside this period will not be accepted.

 

Eligible Purchase Channels:

  • Offline purchases only at participating physical retail outlets within Malaysia.
  • Online purchases are not eligible, including (but not limited to) Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and any website orders.
  • Purchases from 99 Speedmart are excluded.

 

Minimum Spend Requirement

  • Minimum spend of RM138 and above must be met in a single receipt.

 

Eligible Products

  • All Fukuro products are eligible unless stated otherwise by the Organiser.

 

Redemption Entitlement

  • Each eligible participant will receive one (1) RM20 Touch ‘n Go (TnG) Reload PIN per eligible receipt (“Reload PIN”), subject to successful verification and availability.

 

Submission Requirements

Participants must complete the Google Form with accurate details, including (but not limited to):

  • Full name
  • WhatsApp mobile number
  • Clear proof of purchase (receipt photo)
  • Any other details requested in the Google Form

 

Receipt Requirements

  • The receipt must clearly show the purchase date, store name, receipt number, items purchased, and total amount. The Organiser reserves the right to reject unclear or incomplete receipts.

 

WhatsApp Delivery Timeline

  • The Reload PIN will be sent to the WhatsApp number provided within five (5) working days after the submission is verified and approved by the Organiser.

 

Verification & Approval

  • All submissions are subject to verification. The Organiser may reject submissions that are incomplete, unclear, duplicated, suspicious, or deemed fraudulent, including receipts suspected of tampering.

 

Non-Transferable / Non-Exchangeable

  • Reload PINs are not transferable, not refundable, and not exchangeable for cash or other items.

 

Touch ‘n Go Terms

  • Reload PIN usage is subject to Touch ‘n Go’s terms and conditions. The Organiser is not responsible for issues relating to TnG accounts, app access, or redemption limitations imposed by TnG.

 

Disqualification

  • The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to have provided false information, misused the Campaign mechanic, or engaged in fraudulent activity.

 

Personal Data

  • By participating, participants consent to the Organiser collecting and processing personal data for Campaign administration, verification, and fulfilment purposes only.

 

Organiser’s Rights

  • The Organiser reserves the right to amend, extend, suspend, or terminate the Campaign and/or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice, where deemed necessary.

 

Final Decision

  • All decisions by the Organiser in relation to the Campaign are final and binding.
