Fukuro Blind Box Stainless Steel Mini Tumbler Redemption Campaign Terms & Conditions

Campaign Period

  • The Campaign is valid from 1 October 2026 to 31 December 2026, or while stocks last.
  • Redemption submissions outside the Campaign Period will not be accepted.
  • The Organiser reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to vary, postpone, extend, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice.

 

Organiser

  • This campaign is organised by Fukuro Malaysia (“Organiser”).

 

Campaign Name

  • “Fukuro Blind Box Stainless Steel Mini Tumbler Redemption Campaign (“Campaign”).

 

Eligibility

  • This Campaign is only valid for Malaysian Citizens and Permanent Residents of Malaysia.
  • Employees of the Organiser may be excluded from participation at the Organiser’s discretion.
  • The Organiser reserves the right to request proof of identity, age, and residency status for verification purposes.

 

Campaign Mechanic

  • To redeem the Gift With Purchase (“Gift”), customers must:
  1. Spend a minimum of RM120 worth of Fukuro products in a single receipt.
  2. Retain the original purchase receipt as proof of purchase.
  3. Complete the official redemption form via the provided Google Form link.
  4. Upload a clear image of the full receipt (store/platform, date, items, total).
  5. Provide accurate delivery details (full name, contact number, mailing address, and email).

 

Entry Entitlement

  • Each valid receipt with a minimum purchase of RM120 is entitled to one (1) Fukuro Blind Box Stainless Steel Mini Tumbler.
  • Multiple redemptions are allowed, provided each redemption is supported by a separate original and valid receipt.
  • Each receipt may only be used once. Duplicate, repeated, or reused receipts will be disqualified.

 

Eligible Purchase Channels

  • Offline purchases at participating retail stores within Malaysia are eligible.
  • Online purchases on Fukuro Official Sites within Malaysia are eligible, including but not limited to Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and official website orders, unless otherwise stated by the Organiser.

 

Gift Details & Fulfilment

  • The Gift for this Campaign is one (1) Fukuro Blind Box Stainless Steel Mini Tumbler. Not for sale. No cash alternative.
  • The Blind Box design is randomly packed. Participants are not allowed to choose, exchange, or request a specific design.
  • Gifts are available on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.
  • The Gift is available while stocks last. Once all Gifts have been fully redeemed, the Campaign will automatically end without prior notice, regardless of the stated Campaign Period.
  • The Gift will be delivered to the address provided in the Google Form within 2–4 weeks (or longer during peak periods) after successful submission and verification.
  • Delivery is limited to addresses within Malaysia only.
  • Fukuro shall not be responsible for any failed delivery resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or unverifiable information provided by participants.

 

Submission Requirements

  • Participants must complete the Google Form with accurate details, including but not limited to:
  • Full name as per NRIC / identification document
  • NRIC Number
  • WhatsApp mobile number
  • Clear proof of purchase (receipt photo / screenshot)
  • Any other details requested in the Google Form

 

Receipt / Proof of Purchase Requirements

  • The receipt or proof of purchase must clearly show the purchase date, store or platform name, receipt or order number, and Fukuro product(s) purchased.
  • For online purchases, the proof of purchase must clearly show the order number, order date, final paid amount, and purchased item(s).
  • The Organiser reserves the right to reject unclear, incomplete, illegible, duplicated, altered, tampered with, suspicious, or invalid receipts or proofs of purchase.
  • The Organiser reserves the right to request the original receipt or additional supporting documents for verification and prize fulfilment. Failure to produce the required documents upon request may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture.

 

General Conditions

  • The Gift is not transferable, exchangeable, refundable, or redeemable for cash, credit, or other products.
  • Fukuro reserves the right to substitute the Gift with an item of similar value without prior notice.
  • Fukuro reserves the right to verify all purchase receipts and disqualify any submission suspected of fraud, alteration, duplication, tampering, or non-compliance with these Terms & Conditions.
  • Fukuro reserves the right to request the original receipt or additional supporting documents for verification at any time.

 

Liability

  • Fukuro shall not be liable for any loss, damage, expense, injury, delay, or inconvenience arising from participation in this Campaign or the use of the Gift.
  • All decisions made by Fukuro in relation to the Campaign are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained.

 

Personal Data

  • By submitting the Google Form, participants consent to the collection, use, processing, and disclosure of their personal data by Fukuro for the purpose of administering this Campaign, verifying submissions, fulfilling the Gift, and carrying out related promotional activities, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

 

Publicity

  • All decisions by the Organiser in relation to the Campaign are final and binding.
