Fukuro Little Chefs Club - Cozy Panda Bento Workshop @ Luna Kids, PJ

Fukuro’s First Little Chefs Club Workshop

On 23 May 2026, Fukuro organised a heartwarming kids cooking workshop, Fukuro Little Chefs Club: Cozy Panda Bento Workshop at Luna Kids, Petaling Jaya. Held in conjunction with Mother’s Day, the event brought together families, retailer partners, and little chefs aged between 4 to 12 years old for an afternoon filled with cooking, bonding, and fun memories.

The workshop welcomed retailer partners with their kids including Lotus’s, TFP, AEON, SOGO and Qra. We were also delighted to have celebrities Mia Chai and Eyra joining the session together with their children, creating an even more lively and cheerful atmosphere throughout the event.

The main highlight of the workshop was the adorable Cozy Panda Bento, featuring tomato fried rice topped with a fluffy omelette, together with a cute panda-shaped rice mould. With support from our seasoning sponsor, Love Earth, families were able to prepare a delicious homemade bento while spending meaningful quality time together.

Where Little Hands Create Big Memories

As a brand that believes cooking brings people closer together, Fukuro proudly organised its very first Fukuro Little Chefs Club workshop, specially created to encourage meaningful parent-child bonding through hands-on cooking experiences. Held in conjunction with Mother’s Day, the event was designed around the heartwarming slogan, “Where Little Hands Create Big Memories,” reflecting the joy of families learning, cooking, and creating memories together in the kitchen.

The workshop aimed to help children build confidence in the kitchen while introducing them to basic cooking skills in a fun and interactive environment. More importantly, the session encouraged teamwork between parents and children, allowing families to spend quality time together while creating their own adorable panda bentos from scratch.

More Than Just a Cooking Workshop

As Fukuro’s first-ever kids cooking workshop, the event also served as an exciting opportunity to showcase Fukuro products through real-life, hands-on experiences with invited guests, celebrities and key retail partners. Throughout the workshop, participants were able to experience Fukuro cookware, kitchen tools, and food containers naturally during the cooking process while learning practical kitchenware and cookware best practices.

At the same time, the workshop introduced Fukuro products in a more lifestyle-focused and family-friendly setting, highlighting how cooking can become a meaningful part of everyday family life. With its warm atmosphere, interactive activities, and adorable panda bento creations, the event also created plenty of engaging and content-friendly moments for photography and videography. Most importantly, the session successfully brought together families, creators, clients, and industry partners in a relaxed environment that encouraged meaningful interaction and stronger relationships.

Little Chefs in Action

Throughout the workshop, the room was filled with excitement as children participated hands-on in every step of the cooking process. Some carefully stirred their egg mixture, while others proudly cooked chicken and arranged their ingredients with the help of their parents beside them.

Many parents were seen guiding and encouraging their children throughout the activity, creating meaningful bonding moments together. It was especially heartwarming to watch the kids confidently prepare their own meals while learning basic cooking skills in a safe and enjoyable environment.

As families completed their bentos, they were able to sit down and enjoy the meals they had prepared together. The adorable panda rice creations quickly became a favourite among both kids and parents, with many families taking photos to capture the memorable moment.

Creating Meaningful Memories Together

As Fukuro’s very first Little Chefs Club workshop, the event marked a meaningful milestone for the brand in creating more family-focused and lifestyle-driven experiences beyond the kitchen. At Fukuro, we believe cooking is not just about preparing meals, but also about bringing people together, creating connections, and building meaningful memories through everyday moments in the kitchen.

We would like to extend our heartfelt appreciation to all families, retailer partners, invited guests, and celebrities who joined and supported this special event. A special thank you as well to the instructors from Luna Kids for guiding the workshop and creating such a fun and engaging learning environment for the children throughout the session.
