Key Account Executive

Fukuro is a young and progressive Malaysian kitchenware brand. Within a short period of 5 years’ time, we grew the business dynamically achieve extensive distribution in Malaysia and challenging numerous world class brands in market leadership. We are looking for a passionate Key Account Executive (KAE) to join our expanding team. This is a challenging role and especially exciting for aspiring junior executives. Responsibilities: 

  • Analyze, prepare and execute plans by accounts according to company’s direction.
  • Accountable for customers’ trading terms and ensure it is negotiated with business benefits as priority.
  • Negotiate listing for new product launches and ensure that speed-to-market targets are achieved.
  • Maintain customers’ profiles and provide feedback on market information and competitors’ activities.
  • Ensure pricing strategies are being enforced and executed.
  • Inspect and expect high standard of 5Ps execution in the trade.
  • Responsible for effective promotion and trade activities spending.
  • Maintain high level rapport with buyers and category managers of respective accounts.
  • Review accounts receivables, aging report and overall collection with customers.
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Economics, Marketing or equivalent discipline.
  • One to two years of modern trade management in
  • FMCG or hardline/softline or general merchandise categories.
  • Result oriented and able to react quickly to market conditions.
  • Proficient in Ms Excel, Power Point and able to use email / messaging apps effectively.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Good team player and entrepreneur spirit is necessary.
