Welcome to Fukuro Malaysia! Fukuro Malaysia is a trusted brand under CK Sales & Marketing Sdn Bhd, specializing in premium kitchenware and cookware products. These Terms & Conditions outline the 1-to-1 Warranty Policy for Fukuro Malaysia products.

By utilizing our warranty services, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding with a warranty claim.

 1. Warranty Coverage

Fukuro Malaysia provides a 1-to-1 exchange warranty for eligible products purchased through our official channels, including the Fukuro Malaysia website, Fukuro Malaysia official e-commerce stores, and authorized retailers. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that occur during normal use of the product within the specified warranty period. This product warranty is only valid within Malaysia and Singapore and does not apply to products purchased or used outside of Malaysia and Singapore.


 2. Warranty Period

  • The warranty period is valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
  • Products that are replaced under this warranty will continue to be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or 90 days from the date of replacement, whichever is longer.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. Acceptable proof includes receipts, invoices, or order confirmations that clearly state the date of purchase and the item purchased.
 
3. Eligibility Criteria
  • The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
  • The product must have been used only for its intended purpose and in accordance with the care and usage instructions provided by Fukuro Malaysia.
  • Purchaser must be able to provide clear video or photo evidence of the damage or defect.
 

 4. What is Covered?

  • Manufacturing defects, including but not limited to faulty materials, poor craftsmanship, and structural defects that affect the product’s normal functionality.
  • Defects occurring under normal household use as defined.
  • Any issue that is unsure if it falls under the warranty coverage, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance.
 
5. What is Not Covered?
  • Misuse and Abuse: Damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, accidental drops, impacts, or failure to follow care instructions.
  • Unauthorized Repairs: Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.
 

6. How to Claim Warranty?

Step 1: Contact Fukuro Malaysia’s Customer Service at [customercare@cksm.com.my] or WhatsApp to [019-787-8803].

Step 2: Provide the following information to facilitate the warranty claim:

  • Proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order confirmation)
  • Product model and description of the defect
  • Photographs or videos showing the defect

Step 3: Once your claim is verified, our customer service team will update you with the tracking number once the replacement has been shipped out. If the return of the defective product is needed, our team will provide instructions on how to return it to our designated return center.


7. Warranty Process

  • Upon receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it to verify the reported defect. This process may take up to 5-7 business days.
  • If the defect is confirmed and covered by the warranty, a new replacement product will be sent to you.
  • Replacements are subject to stock availability. If the exact model is no longer available, Fukuro Malaysia may offer a similar model of equal value.
  • If the product is found not to have a manufacturing defect or does not meet the warranty conditions, the claim will be reject.
 
8.  Shipping Cost
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return the defective product to Fukuro Malaysia.
  • Fukuro Malaysia will cover the shipping costs for delivering the replacement product to the customer.
 
 9. Limitation of Liability
  • Fukuro Malaysia’s liability under this warranty is limited to the replacement of the defective product.
  • Fukuro Malaysia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the defective product, including but not limited to profits loss, downtime, or other economic losses.
 

10.Warranty Exclusions

  • This warranty does not cover products used for commercial or rental purposes.
  • Gifts or Promotional Items: Products received as free gifts and giveaways are not covered under this warranty.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or third-party platforms not recognized by Fukuro Malaysia are excluded from this warranty coverage.
 

11. Changes to Terms

Fukuro Malaysia reserves the right to modify or update these 1-to-1 Warranty Policy Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued purchase of products from us after any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
