ELIGIBILITY
To place an Order with CK Sales & Marketing Sdn Bhd you must be over eighteen (18) years of age. If you are under eighteen (18), you may place an Order with CK Sales & Marketing Sdn Bhd only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
Definition
In these Terms and Conditions:
- “Account” means the CK Sales & Marketing Sdn Bhd Account that you will need to register on our Platform if you would like to submit an Order;
- “Apps” means our CK Sales & Marketing Sdn Bhd mobile app on iOS and Android;
- “Business Day” means a day from 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. in Malaysia, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays;
- “Customer” means any individual who places an Order on the Platform;
- “Order” means the Order submitted by you to the Platform to purchase a Product from us;
- “Order Acknowledgemnet” means our email to you, in which we acknowledge your Order ;
- “Platform” means collectively CK Sales & Marketing Sdn Bhd Apps and Website, and any other websites or applications which we may own or operate from time to time, each of which shall be described as a “Platform”;
- “Product” means any product available for sale to Customers on the Platform;
- “Website” means the CK Sales & Marketing Sdn Bhd website accessed at the following address at<XXXX>;
- “You” means the Customer or a guest;
- Words imparting the singular shall include the plural and vice versa. Words imparting a gender shall include every gender and references to persons shall include an individual, company, corporation, firm or partnership; and
- References to “includes” or “including” or like words or expressions shall mean without limitation.
Intellectual Property:
The content, design, and layout of our website are the property of CK Sales & Marketing Sdn Bhd and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any content from our website without prior written consent. Misuse of our Platform, including using automated systems to extract data, is prohibited. You must not commit or encourage criminal offenses, transmit viruses, or post malicious or offensive material. Welcome to CK Sales & Marketing Sdn Bhd ! These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) govern the sale of products through our website. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
Registration:
To place an Order, you must register with us by creating an Account on the Platform. You must only submit to us information which is accurate and true. You must also keep your information up to date by informing us of any changes, by using the relevant sections of the Platform.
Ordering:
By placing an order through our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your name, shipping address, email, and payment details. Please follow the online shopping process on our Platform. Upon completion, you’ll receive an Order Acknowledgment confirming receipt of your order, but this does not signify acceptance. Your order is only considered accepted once it has been shipped to the provided delivery address, at which point you’ll receive an email notification, and you can also check the order status via the Platform.
Product Availability:
All orders are subject to product availability. We strive to accurately display product availability on our website, but occasionally products may become unavailable or out of stock. If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you and issue a refund for any payments received.
Pricing and Payment:
All prices displayed on our website are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Delivery costs will be charged in addition where applicable; such additional charges are clearly displayed and included in the ‘Final Total’. Payment must be made in full at the time of placing your order. We accept payment by credit card, debit card, or other payment methods as indicated on our website.
Shipping and Delivery:
We aim to ship orders promptly, but delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Shipping costs and delivery estimates are provided at the time of checkout. Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery. We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by shipping carriers.
Returns and Exchanges:
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return the product(s) within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, subject to our return policy. The Product shall be unused, Product tags shall not be tampered with, and the Product shall be in the original brand packaging (if applicable). This policy is applicable only to those products which do not fall under the list of non-refundable brands/items provided on our Platform.
