Step:

1.Cook the Rice:

Rinse and cook Japanese short-grain rice in a Fukuro non-stick induction pot or pot from the Fukuro cookware set. The even heat distribution of Fukuro kitchen cookware ensures fluffy, perfectly cooked rice every time, making it an essential part of your kitchenware collection.

2. Prepare the Teriyaki Sauce:

Get a Fukuro non-stick pan, combine soy sauce, mirin, honey (or sugar), sake, and grated ginger. Simmer over low heat for 2–3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly. The superior quality of Fukuro pots and pans ensures the sauce cooks evenly without burning, perfect for any induction cookware setup.

3. Pan-Fry the Salmon:

Season the salmon fillets with salt and black pepper.
Heat vegetable oil in a Fukuro non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Place the salmon skin-side down and cook for 3–4 minutes until crispy. Flip and cook the other side for another 3–4 minutes until fully cooked. Fukuro frying pan allows for precise heat control, making it ideal for achieving a crispy skin and tender flesh.

4. Glaze the Salmon

Brush the thickened teriyaki sauce over the salmon fillets while still in the non-stick frying pan, letting it caramelize for extra flavor. Fukuro’s high-performance cookware set ensures the sauce glazes perfectly without sticking.

5. Assemble the Bowl
Using Fukuro kitchen tools and kitchen accessories, scoop the fluffy rice into bowls. Gently place the glazed salmon fillet on top for a stunning presentation.

6. Garnish and Serve
Sprinkle sesame seeds and chopped green onions over the salmon. Add steamed broccoli or edamame for extra color and nutrition. Drizzle extra teriyaki sauce if desired for added flavor. Fukuro Malaysia’s premium kitchen cookware makes this meal effortless and enjoyable.
