For this recipe, we recommend using the Fukuro Tatsu 20cm Non Stick Fry Pan, which is perfect for easy folding and flipping.

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Total Time: 25 minutes
Serves: 2

Step:

1. Prepare the ingredients

Start by preparing all the ingredients: thinly slice the beef and offal, julienne the bell pepper, and slice the onion. Mince the garlic and have your seasonings ready. Using Fukuro kitchen tools, such as a chef’s knife, ensures precision slicing, which helps with even cooking and better texture for each ingredient.

2.Heat the pan

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a Fukuro non-stick frying pan or wok over medium-high heat. The non-stick frying pan ensures that the ingredients cook evenly without sticking, making the stir-fry process seamless. The induction pan is also a great option for consistent heat distribution when using induction cookware.

3. Stir-fry the beef and offal

Add the sliced beef and offal to the hot pan. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the beef is browned, and the offal is cooked through. Use a Fukuro ProSilicone Turner to gently stir the ingredients without breaking them, ensuring even cooking and a perfect texture. The Fukuro cookware guarantees that all ingredients cook evenly.

4. Add the vegetables and garlic:
Add the sliced onion, bell pepper, and minced garlic to the pan. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp. The garlic should become fragrant, infusing the dish with a savory aroma. With Fukuro kitchenware, the even heat distribution ensures that the vegetables are cooked perfectly.

5.Season the dish

In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, mirin, sugar, sake, and chili paste or chili flakes (if using). Pour the sauce over the beef, offal, and vegetables, tossing everything together to coat the ingredients evenly. Stir well to ensure all the components are perfectly seasoned, enhancing the flavors of your kitchen cookware.

6. Simmer and finish:

Reduce the heat to low and let the dish simmer for 1-2 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together. Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary, adding a pinch of freshly ground black pepper for an extra layer of flavor.

7. Serve:

Transfer the Gyumotsu Sutamina Itame to a serving dish and garnish with chopped green onions. Serve hot with steamed rice on the side. This dish pairs perfectly with a bowl of fluffy rice, complementing the bold flavors. Fukuro cookware set makes it easy to prepare, cook, and serve this delicious meal.
