Golden Tempura Rice: A Crunchy Treat with Fukuro Kitchen Tools

Step:

1. Cook the rice:

Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Combine the rice and 2 cups of water in a Fukuro cookware pot. Bring to a boil, then cover and reduce the heat to low.
