Step:

1. Prepare the ingredients:

Wash and chop all vegetables. Cut the tofu with our Fukuro Seido Chef Knife into bite-sized cubes. Set aside the beef slices.

2. Make the sukiyaki sauce:

In a small bowl, mix the dashi, soy sauce, mirin, sake, and sugar. Stir until the sugar is fully dissolved.

3. Heat the pan:

Use your Fukuro non-stick pan. Heat a bit of oil over medium heat. The even heat distribution from your induction cookware ensures that the beef slices will sear perfectly. Sear the beef briefly on both sides and remove it from the pan.

4. Simmer the vegetables:

Add the sukiyaki sauce into the pan and bring it to a gentle simmer. Add the vegetables, tofu, and shirataki noodles. Simmer for about 10 minutes until the vegetables are tender. Your kitchen accessories, such as Fukuro food tongs, will help handle ingredients easily.

5. Return the beef:

Place the beef back into the non-stick pan and simmer for an additional 2 minutes until it’s fully cooked.

6. Serve:

Serve hot directly from the pan. If desired, beat the eggs in small bowls and dip the beef and vegetables into the raw egg before eating.

Tips: Fukuro Tatsu Premium cookware is perfect for induction stoves, ensuring even heat distribution for optimal cooking. This versatile cookware is ideal for sukiyaki, simmering ingredients to perfection.
